I do not take any credit cards.

I am happy to take a cheque with a cheque guarantee card.

Guests are welcome to bring dogs but they are not allowed beyond the kitchen. They may sleep in the garage.

Terms and conditions

I reserve the right to ask for a deposit of £25 per person for stays of 3 nights or less, and £50 per person for stays of 4 nights or more.

In the event of a cancellation this deposit is refundable only if I can re-let the room.

In the event of cancellations for whatever reason within 6 weeks of the commencement of the stay I will charge the full half board rate (£60 per night per person) for all bed nights that I am unable to re-let.

You are strongly urged to take out travel insurance to cover this eventuality.

I was seriously “out of pocket” in 2010 as a result of late cancellations by uninsured guests.

I will be charging for unsold nights in 2012.

By confirming a booking by email you agree to these conditions.

Finally in the event that guests leave early during the period of their stay I reserve the right to charge the full amount for accommodation and dinners for the outstanding days.
